You can eighter register via hand in your application in printed form.

  • The subscription begins on the 1st of the following month, if the application is submitted by the 15th.
  • The payment for the selected fare product is made by direct debit by the 10th calendar day.
  • You will receive your travel permit in electronic form on a VBB-fahrCard, which will be sent to you via PIN Mail GmbH.
  • The subscription can be terminated prematurely at the end of the month.

For the issue of replacement tickets (due to theft, loss or damage) please make a transfer of 10 Euro  to the following bank account:

Purpose of use: replacement pass for surname, first name, customer number

Alternatively, you can pay the fee of 10 Euro in cash/by EC card at the agency at Fürstenwalde station and receive your replacement card directly on site.
